- Sparkling water or club soda
- Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding any pulp.
- Stir in the lime juice and optional sweetener.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the watermelon mixture, and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve chilled and enjoy immediately. Best made fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator without sparkling water.
