- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket and let it sit for a while.
- Place the brisket in the smoker fat side up and smoke for 10-12 hours until it reaches 195°F (90°C).
- Spritz the brisket every hour with a mixture of beef broth and apple cider vinegar.
- Once cooked, let the brisket rest for 30 minutes before slicing against the grain.
