- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter together until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Scoop the strawberry ice cream over the cream cheese layer and smooth it out.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
- Slice into wedges and serve chilled.
