Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter together until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Scoop the strawberry ice cream over the cream cheese layer and smooth it out.
  6. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  7. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve chilled.
