Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the bowl with the vegetables.
