Description

Delicious and easy steak kabobs with tender beef and vibrant veggies, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers if using wooden ones for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the beef cubes and vegetables to the marinade. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your liking and the veggies are tender.
  7. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate for up to 2 hours. Serve over rice or with salad.
