- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned beef in the slow cooker, adding sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
- Pour the barbecue sauce and beef broth over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the beef and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce; cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve the barbecue beef on buns, drizzling with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
