- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Using a whisk or an electric mixer, mix the ingredients until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased pie dish, making sure it’s evenly spread out.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing into it.
Notes
