Description

A creamy, spiced pumpkin dessert that eliminates the fuss of a traditional crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, mix the ingredients until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased pie dish, making sure it’s evenly spread out.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing into it.
