Instructions
- Preheat your pellet grill to about 450°F (232°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or parchment paper.

- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
