Instructions
- Brew your coffee by preparing a shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
- In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Whisk the warm oat milk vigorously until it froths and achieves a light, creamy texture.
- In your favorite mug, combine the brewed coffee with honey and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the frothed oat milk over the coffee mixture.
- For additional flavor, sprinkle cinnamon or add vanilla extract on top (optional).

Notes
