- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and black beans.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad to add zesty flavor and help keep the avocados from browning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until well mixed, being careful not to mash the avocados.
