- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and minced garlic until well mixed.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.

Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and sour cream. Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
