A fun twist on classic Italian lasagna, these roll-ups are stuffed with creamy ricotta and topped with melted cheese, making them perfect for any family dinner.

- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Marinara sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a cooked lasagna noodle, spread the cheese mixture over it, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and roll it up carefully.
- Place each rolled noodle seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the rolled-ups and sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.
