Description

Delicious and buttery garlic knots that are soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for gatherings and meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 8-12 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into a rope, about 6-8 inches long, and tie them into knots.
  4. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot.
  6. Arrange knots on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with any leftover garlic butter and serve warm.
