- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 8-12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope, about 6-8 inches long, and tie them into knots.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot.
- Arrange knots on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with any leftover garlic butter and serve warm.
