- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted smoothly. Serve warm.
