Description

A cozy, creamy, and cheesy casserole dish perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted smoothly. Serve warm.
