- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 lemon, for squeezing

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the Romaine lettuce in half lengthwise and brush the cut sides with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the lettuce halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear and leaves are wilted but crunchy.
- Remove grilled Romaine and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing generously over the grilled Romaine.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment by adding grilled chicken or shrimp. Use vegetarian Caesar dressing for a meat-free option. For gluten-free, opt for gluten-free croutons or omit them.
