- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully cut the lobster tails down the center, being careful not to slice all the way through.
- Open the lobster tails and brush the butter mixture over the meat.
- Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and grill for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails, brush with more butter mixture, and grill for another 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with parsley before serving.
