Description

Impress at your next gathering with grilled lobster tail, featuring sweet, tender meat paired with a buttery garlic lemon sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut the lobster tails down the center, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  4. Open the lobster tails and brush the butter mixture over the meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and grill for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails, brush with more butter mixture, and grill for another 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  7. Remove from grill, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor. Drizzle with extra lemon juice for a zesty touch. Consider pairing with a crisp white wine.
