- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with the marinade.
- Carefully place the marinated salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until opaque and flaky.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Make it spicy by adding cayenne pepper to the marinade. Serve over mixed greens with vinaigrette for presentation.
