Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, and balsamic vinegar to create the marinade.
- Rub the marinade over the hanger steak, coating it evenly on both sides. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated steak on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Plate the steak slices and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
