Description

A flavorful and tender grilled hanger steak marinated in garlic, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar, perfect for any cookout.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds hanger steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, and balsamic vinegar to create the marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade over the hanger steak, coating it evenly on both sides. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated steak on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
