Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
