Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt. Stir until well combined with a thick batter.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set and firm to the touch.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
