Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound slider rolls
  • 1/2 pound ham, sliced
  • 1/2 pound roast pork, sliced
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, yellow mustard, and dill pickles on top of the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Carefully place the top half of the rolls on the fillings.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes
