- 8 oz pasta (rotini or bowtie)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives. Gently mix until well combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss together until well coated.
