Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or bowtie)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives. Gently mix until well combined.
