Description

A creamy, flavorful blackened chicken Alfredo dish that combines perfectly seasoned chicken breasts with a rich Parmesan sauce and fettuccine, perfect for impressing guests or a cozy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with blackened seasoning on both sides.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely charred. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stir gently, and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat the pasta.
  7. Slice the blackened chicken and place it atop the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning or sauce. Consider lighter alternatives with half-and-half or plant-based cream.
