Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
