- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
