Description

Enjoy quick and tasty air fryer salmon that is simple, healthy, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the oil and spice mixture generously onto the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. If desired, garnish your salmon with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade. Serve with a side of steamed asparagus or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
