Description

Cheeseburger sliders are bite-sized versions of classic cheeseburgers, perfect for parties or family dinners, featuring juicy beef and gooey cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Pickles, lettuce, and tomato for toppings
  • Ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into small patties, making them about the size of your slider buns.
  4. Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the grill or in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Add the Cheese: In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  6. Toast the Buns: Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the Sliders: Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the toasted buns, add toppings.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are easy to customize with your favorite toppings and can be scaled up for larger gatherings.
